The company's focus is to drive smoking rates below 5% in Australia, with pharmaceutical grade, therapeutic NVP's.

We don't see NVP's as recreational alternatives to smoking, our mission is to ensures today's youngest generation, never experience smoking or vaping.

Since the growth of the black market, our business is at a significant disadvantage in providing genuine products to patients. The black market has grown to 1 million consumers, using unregulated products.
We support the position taken by the Government & TGA, on the updated TGO 110 regulations. It helps provide a pathway to a sustainable patient treatment platform, for legitimate adult smoker, looking to quit.
We support a pragmatic solution for adult smoker cessation with NVPs under therapeutics goods framework.
The key to a workable solution is ensuring enforcement of the update regulations, slowing the black market, which in turn curtails youth access, while advocating regulation that considers the potential benefits of approved NVPs for adult smokers, which can be substantial, immediate, and potentially life-saving.
It is important for regulators to find the right balance between these concerns.
