Registration: E-cigarette retailers, including Pharmacies, must register their business details with NSW Health. The free online process takes around 15 minutes to completed. Click here to register your pharmacy.
Point of Sales: You must designate a single cash register as the designated sales area for dispensing a vaping product. A sales to minors sign will be provided by NSW Health upon registration, which must be displayed on the counter.
Storage: Product must be held in an area that is not accessible or viewable by the general public.
Registration: No license or registration is currently required by a Pharmacy to stock & dispense a legal vaping product.
Point of Sale: They can be dispensed at any register within the pharmacy. Pharmacies can have a display board, no larger than 1.5 x 1.5 metres, that shows the brands, flavour, type, price, size, wattage & ingredients, of the products ranged.
Storage: Vaping products & accessories can not be displayed in the outlet.
Registration: There are currently no licensing requirements but the Queensland Government is introducing licensing requirements from the 1st of September 2024. The license will be required at retail & wholesale level.
